Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning
January 2023, CSD opened a Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML), part of a global network of language centers focused on language and culture learning for adults 18+, with emphasis on traditional Chinese characters as used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and many overseas Chinese communities.
